What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number so we can process and deliver it. Payment details are handled directly by Shopify's secure checkout and are never stored by us.
Privacy policy
How we use it
We use your details to fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your data, and we only share it with the providers needed to run the shop — for example our ecommerce platform and delivery carriers.
Cookies
The site stores your basket in your browser so it survives a page refresh. Our checkout provider also uses cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email support@mencoreuk.com and we'll respond within one month.
