UK delivery
Orders placed on working days are dispatched from the UK, usually the same or next working day. Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £35; below that a standard shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Delivery & returns
Discreet packaging
Everything ships in a plain outer box or bag. There are no product names, images or brand logos on the outside, so nobody can tell what's inside.
Returns
You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, condoms and lubricants cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@mencoreuk.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
