One‑time orders can usually be cancelled only before they are picked, packed, or dispatched. If you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number; if the order has not been processed for dispatch, we will cancel and issue a refund. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still have rights to return it under our Return and Refund Policy if it is eligible.

For Save & Subscribe or other repeat orders, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Changes must be made at least a few days before the next scheduled charge and dispatch date; any order already being processed will go ahead as planned. When a cancellation is accepted, refunds will be made to your original payment method within a reasonable time, in line with your bank or card provider’s processing times.
